Notes on building and running digital systems.
Practical writing about the problems we actually work on. Two pieces a month, sustained — because a blog that stops is a clearer signal than one that never started.

Editorial approach
How these are written.
Each piece answers its title question in the first hundred words, then explains. That is partly courtesy to the reader and partly because it is the format that AI search systems can extract and cite — and a growing share of buyers now ask an assistant before they ask a search engine.
Nothing here will be written to hit a keyword. If a piece does not contain something we actually learned running an account or building a system, it does not get published.
Want something specific covered?
Tell us the question. If it is one we get asked often, it probably deserves a piece.
