Wresponder

Replies to WhatsApp messages instantly, qualifies the enquiry, and routes real conversations to the right person on your team.

The problem

What it exists to fix.

In India, WhatsApp is where the enquiry actually arrives. The ad is on Meta, the form is on the website, and the conversation that decides the sale happens on WhatsApp — usually on one person's phone.

That creates three problems at once: messages arriving outside working hours go unanswered until morning, there is no record of the conversation anywhere the business can see, and when that person is unavailable the enquiry simply stops.

Speed is the whole game. A buyer messaging at midnight has usually messaged several businesses, and the first substantive reply wins a disproportionate share.

What it does

Capabilities.

Instant first response

An answer within seconds at any hour, so the enquiry is engaged before it goes to a competitor.

Qualification in conversation

Budget, timeline, requirement and location captured before a person spends time on the lead.

Routing to the right person

Handover to an available team member with the full history attached, and reassignment if nobody responds.

Conversations off personal phones

The business owns the record rather than an individual, which matters most on the day they leave.

Works with Meta lead ads

Enquiries from lead forms move straight into a WhatsApp conversation instead of waiting for a callback.

REST API and webhooks

Conversations and qualified leads flow into your CRM automatically rather than being copied across by hand.

Who it is for

Fit.

Best fit
Businesses where enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and speed of reply decides the sale
Team size
Teams of 3–20 handling enquiries, where routing and ownership matter
Industries
Tourism, real estate and high-consideration retail
Not a fit for
Businesses whose customers do not use WhatsApp, or where every enquiry is handled by one person with capacity to spare

Questions

Common questions.

Do we need WhatsApp Business API for this?

Yes. The free WhatsApp Business app cannot be automated or connected to other systems reliably, which is the constraint that keeps enquiries trapped on one person's phone. Moving to the API is the step that makes everything else possible.

Will customers know they are talking to a system?

They should, and we set it up that way. Pretending otherwise damages trust when the handover happens, and it is unnecessary — people are generally fine with an instant automated acknowledgement as long as a real person follows.

What happens outside working hours?

The enquiry is answered, qualified and queued with full context, so the team starts the next morning with a filtered list rather than a backlog of cold messages. This is where most of the value sits.

Does this work with our existing CRM?

Usually, through the documented API and webhooks. Where a CRM has no usable API we will tell you what the workaround costs before building it.

What are the WhatsApp messaging charges?

Meta charges per conversation and rates vary by category and country. [CONTENT TO VERIFY — confirm current rate structure and who is billed before publishing.]

Want to see it running on your site?

We will set it up against your actual traffic rather than a demo account, so you can judge it on real enquiries.
