Have a problem worth building for?
Tell us what is breaking. We will tell you whether it is a software problem, a marketing problem, or both — and we will say so if the answer is that you do not need us.

What happens next
Four steps, no proposal deck.
We read it
A person reads what you sent. If it is outside what we do, we say so and point you somewhere better.
A short call
Thirty minutes on the problem, not on our capabilities. We will ask what the current process is and where it fails.
A written view
What we think is actually wrong, what we would do, and what we would not do. Free, and yours to keep.
Then scope
Only after the first three. Quoting before understanding the process is how projects go wrong.
Questions
Common questions.
What information should we send first?
What is happening now, what should be happening, and roughly what the gap is costing. That is enough for a useful first reply.
You do not need a brief, a budget or a specification. Most of our better projects started with two paragraphs describing a problem.
Do you work with businesses outside Kolkata?
Yes. We have offices in Kolkata and Jaipur and work with clients across India. Almost all of the work is done remotely, with calls as needed.
Do you take on small projects?
[CONTENT TO VERIFY — confirm minimum engagement size before publishing.] We will always tell you when a project is too small to be worth our fee, rather than accepting it and under-serving it.
How quickly can you start?
[CONTENT TO VERIFY — confirm current capacity and typical start lead time before publishing.]
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on ours.
What if we are not sure what we need?
That is a normal starting point and often a better one than arriving with a fixed specification. Describe the problem and we will help work out whether it needs software, marketing, a process change, or nothing at all.
